The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if the contact is related to a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your data will be deleted once the inquiry has been fully processed and there are no legal retention obligations.

4. No Use of Cookies

Our website does not use cookies. No tracking or storage of your usage behavior takes place.

5. Website Analytics with Matomo

This website uses the open-source software Matomo for the statistical analysis of visitor access. Matomo is operated on the subdomain stats.bremer-radmusikanten.de, and all data are stored exclusively on the server of Bremer Radmusikanten e.V. No data are shared with third parties.

We have configured Matomo so that no cookies are set. Your IP address is anonymized immediately (at least the last two bytes are removed), so that personal identification is not possible. In addition, Matomo respects your browser’s “Do Not Track” header.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in optimizing and improving the usability of our website.

6. Use of Google Maps (Two-Click Solution)

Our website uses Google Maps by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”) to display interactive maps. To protect your personal data, Google Maps is disabled by default. A connection to Google’s servers is only established once you actively consent by clicking to enable the map (two-click solution).

Only after this consent is given will data such as your IP address and, if applicable, location data (if you have allowed this) be transmitted to Google.
